This is a heater by processing a fibrous thin plate of the carbon purity 99.8% to carbon filament by the specialized technique and filling it into the quartz glass tube with inert gas such as argon gas.

| Since fibers are used for the material, this heater has more elastic force than a sintered type, is resistant to bending strength and beside, and is small and light. |

| The resistance value of the filament is stable for a long time by the highly-pure carbon and power consumption change is small. |

| Since the adjustment of the resistance value is possible by the method of making a slit to the carbon thin plate, flexibility of the size and power consumption expand and the temperature distribution of the heating element can be set freely. |
