The Quartz tube heater has a simple structure by inputting a nichrome wire coil with flower roll shape into a quartz tube glass which has good heat resistance and fixing it.
By the characteristics of the nichrome wire, the brightness is low and the prompt heating and warming characteristics are inferior.
Life is about 7,000 hours for a single heater. |

For halogen heater, input a tungsten wire coil with flower shape into a quartz tube glass which has good heat resistance and fill the inert gas (argon gas, nitrogen gas, halogen gas) and seal both ends.
This is high prompt heating and warming, bright, space saving, and long life time (lifetime for a single heater is about 8,000 hours).
For the color temperature, this produces orange light centered on the near-infrared. |

For Colce heater (Red quartz tube heater), a quartz tube with red coating which is superior to the heat resistance is used.
A tungsten wire coil is input inside, a ring support is attached, and inert gas (argon gas, nitrogen gas) is filled in the tube, both ends are sealed.
This is high prompt heating and warming, bright, space saving, and long life time (lifetime for a single heater is about 10,000 hours).
For the color temperature, red and warm light occurs as an old-style lemon bulb which produces near-infrared and far-infrared properly. |
